SITRANS SCM IQ

SITRANS Multisensors system, which includes the SITRANS SCM IQ cloud application, SITRANS CC220 industrial IIoT gateway, and the SITRANS MS200 wireless multisensor. This system enables smart condition monitoring and predictive maintenance by collecting data from mechanical components to detect potential equipment failures.

The SITRANS CC220 gateway can gather measurement and status data from up to eight SITRANS MS200 multisensors and transmit this data to the SITRANS SCM IQ cloud application through the plant network or a secondary data channel.

Meanwhile, the SITRANS MS200 multisensor, powered by batteries and utilizing wireless technology, provides valuable process condition data, including vibration states and temperature, which are not typically available for standard process control functions.

This integrated system offers a comprehensive solution for monitoring and maintaining the health of plant equipment.

SITRANS Store IQ

SITRANS store IQ is a cloud-based application by Siemens designed for monitoring and managing inventories in both process and discrete industries. This versatile tool offers real-time monitoring of fill levels, such as those in tank farms or silos, as well as stock levels on shelves. It provides various scaling options, including strapping tables, linear scaling functions, and silo geometries, offering flexibility to accommodate different scenarios.

The configurable dashboard allows customization to suit specific use cases, while alarms and notifications can be set up via SMS or email, ensuring timely awareness of critical situations. The application also supports the integration of a wide range of measured variables and technologies, providing additional information beyond basic inventory data.

Moreover, SITRANS store IQ benefits from extensive Siemens MindSphere connectivity options, enabling data transmission directly from HART devices as well as from the PLC level. This seamless connectivity enhances its capability to gather and analyze inventory-related information efficiently.

SITRANS mobile IQ is a complimentary application designed for the effortless commissioning, parameterization, and monitoring of Bluetooth-enabled field instrumentation using a smartphone or tablet. The app automatically identifies and presents all compatible and hard-to-reach field devices nearby. It facilitates convenient quick commissioning or detailed setup, complete with graphical support. Additionally, it provides a display of device status and profiles for selected measured and diagnostic values.
