CLIF MOCK Sample Receivers

CLIF MOCK Sample Recievers
The CLIF MOCK™ True Cut™ R Series portable sample receivers are meticulously designed to meet or surpass all API, ISO, and ASTM industry standards. These receivers are offered in one, two, and five gallon sizes, and they play a crucial role in ensuring the proper handling of crude oil and other petroleum products.

Similarly, the CLIF MOCK True Cut P Series portable sample receivers are available in two quart, two gallon, and five gallon sizes. These receivers are dedicated to ensuring the appropriate handling of petroleum products.

CLIF MOCK True Cut Mixing and Circulating Systems
The CLIF MOCK True Cut circulating system is a valuable tool for operators, enabling the collection, storage, and mixing of crude oil and other low-pressure sampled products in a single receptacle, thereby minimizing the loss of light ends.

Specifically designed for use with a CLIF MOCK True Cut C-series sample probe, the CLIF MOCK True Cut circulating system comprises a stationary sample receptacle, an integrated, skid-mounted gear pump, and a motorized circulating and mixing system. These systems find ideal application in supporting LACT engineered lease automatic custody transfer units, pipeline sampling, truck loading/discharge, refinery sampling, ship loading/discharge, and production platform sampling.

Due to their large-capacity receptacles, these systems are well-suited for extended sampling periods. Operators can choose from two models: the CLIF MOCK True Cut CMC-500 circulating system and the CLIF MOCK True Cut CMC-250 circulating system, each offering a selection of receptacle designs.

The True-Cut Model RP Receptacle is a robust high-pressure sample container crafted from 316 stainless steel and is available in one, two, and four-quart sizes. This corrosion-resistant receptacle undergoes hydrostatic testing to 2700 PSI and maintains a safe working pressure of 1800 PSI.

Engineered to be piston-balanced, it effectively sustains line pressure on the product during sampling. Teflon® bal seals on the piston serve as a bearing surface and prevent contamination of sampled product from downstream material. The piston houses a stainless steel SV-2 Safety Check Valve set at 100 PSI, allowing for product expansion through the equalizer line when the receptacle is full. A carbon steel pick-up ring enables external sighting of the piston using a provided magnetic locator.

Equipped with three needle valves for sample inlet, sample draw-off, and equalizing tasks, these 1/4-inch valves feature nylon soft seats and specially treated stems to prevent scoring of stem threads and the valve body. An optional level indicator is included for measuring the volume of contents in the RP Receptacle, and a mixing disc ensures thorough mixing of sampled products for homogeneity.
